With over a decade of hands-on counseling experience and a multidimensional approach to school-based interventions, Tom specializes in solution-focused and mindfulness-based techniques that support both student and staff mental health.
His background as a former lead school counselor and current middle school counselor uniquely positions him to understand the specific challenges and dynamics within schools.
